When you call the GM Roadside Assistance hotline, you'll reach a trained advisor at our 24-hour Roadside Assistance Centre.

With access to a computerized national network, your advisor will determine the most appropriate assistance for your situation.

We can serve you most promptly if you have the correct information at hand:

• Your vehicle identification number which is on the left side of the windshield at the cowl or on the vehicle ownership permit
• Your name and address
• A phone number where we can reach you
• The model and description of your vehicle
• Your present odometer reading
• Your licence plate number
• The present location of your vehicle
• A description of your vehicle's problem

We cover the cost of the service call on a "sign and drive away" basis. However, Roadside Assistance does not pay for repairs.
